Why it exists

Many business websites look finished but fail operationally. They do not explain the offer clearly, forms collect the wrong information, leads sit in inboxes, client updates live across scattered tools, and future improvements become difficult because the original build was not planned as a system.

studiogecko.dev was built around the idea that design, development, automation, and product thinking should work together. A website can be beautiful and still be useful, measurable, accessible, and maintainable.

Founder story

I discovered web development as a teenager and quickly realized it was more than a hobby. I grew up around computers through my father, who encouraged my curiosity and gave me the tools to keep learning. From there, I taught myself development, design, digital marketing, automation, and the systems businesses use to grow.

My first projects came from helping family members, friends, and small business owners who needed someone they could trust. One of the experiences that shaped me most was helping my father build his business when he had limited experience with websites, social media, and digital tools. Watching that business grow showed me how much the right technology can change someone's opportunities.

That experience became part of the reason I created studiogecko.dev. I did not choose this path because web development was simply a good career. I chose it because I genuinely love creating digital tools, thoughtful experiences, creative designs, and systems that solve real problems.

Today, my goal is to help entrepreneurs and businesses turn ambitious ideas into digital products that support real growth. Whether I am building a website, a CRM, a SaaS platform, or an internal business system, the objective is the same: create something useful, measurable, and built for the business behind it.

I believe that when the businesses I work with succeed, I succeed too. My long-term vision is to build an organization that gives more people the opportunity to create businesses, grow them, and take them further than they originally thought possible.

What we build

The current focus is service businesses, local companies, creators, dealerships, professional-service firms, and growing brands that need a sharper digital foundation without pretending that every project needs a complex platform.

  • Custom websites and redesigns built around service clarity and conversion paths.
  • Custom SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and responsive web applications.
  • Lead capture, quote forms, routing, and follow-up structure.
  • Client portals for requests, files, approvals, updates, and private workflows.
  • Business automation for repeated handoffs, notifications, reminders, and operational tasks.
  • Website maintenance and technical SEO support for post-launch reliability.

Mission

Help businesses grow by creating digital products that combine strong design, thoughtful engineering, and measurable business value.

Vision

Build a trusted digital product organization that helps entrepreneurs and companies turn ambitious ideas into successful, scalable digital products.

Core principles

Results over decoration

A visually impressive website is not enough if it does not generate opportunities, improve operations, or support growth.

Build with purpose

Every page, feature, workflow, and line of code should solve a real business problem.

Growth-focused design

Design, SEO, conversion strategy, performance, automation, and engineering should work together.

Long-term partnership

The studio is built to remain a technical and growth partner, not disappear after launch.

Continuous improvement

Digital products should be measured, refined, maintained, and improved after launch.

Delivery standards

Business purpose before decoration

Design decisions should make the offer clearer, the next step easier, and the business easier to trust.

Search-friendly foundations

Pages, metadata, headings, internal links, performance, and crawlability are planned into the build instead of patched on later.

Maintainable architecture

Websites and applications should be understandable enough to support, update, and improve after launch.

No fake proof

Concept work, internal products, and future case-study areas are labeled honestly rather than presented as customer results.

Privacy-aware implementation

Forms, analytics, and automation should avoid unnecessary data collection and keep personal information out of marketing events.

Accessible, responsive experiences

Mobile usability, keyboard access, readable content, and reduced-motion support are treated as part of quality.

Experience across different business environments

Yhorman's career includes work around automotive dealerships, agencies, automotive service businesses, restaurants, online retailers, and startups. That variety informs how each project is scoped around its actual audience, workflow, and operating constraints.

  • Automotive dealerships
  • Digital marketing agencies
  • Automotive service and mechanic businesses
  • Restaurants
  • Online retailers
  • Startups

How projects are approached

Project scope varies. A focused website refresh, a full redesign, a client portal, and an automation workflow should not be planned the same way. The process is adjusted to the risk, complexity, and business need.

  • Discovery: clarify the business, audience, current website, tools, constraints, and the problem worth solving.
  • Scope and planning: define pages, workflows, responsibilities, content needs, approvals, integrations, and launch risks.
  • Content and structure: organize services, calls to action, forms, FAQs, internal links, and SEO foundations.
  • Design direction: create a polished visual system that supports the business instead of copying a generic template.
  • Development and QA: build responsive pages, forms, routes, metadata, accessibility details, performance checks, and safe deployment paths.
  • Launch and support: verify production behavior, document ownership, and define maintenance or improvement needs when they apply.

Customers are expected to provide accurate business context, content direction, access to relevant accounts when needed, and timely feedback on approvals. Ownership, access, third-party costs, and maintenance expectations should be documented before launch.

Current-stage honesty

studiogecko.dev does not currently present public customer testimonials, fake reviews, fabricated results, or invented customer counts. Portfolio concepts and internal products are labeled for what they are: examples of design direction, product thinking, and technical capability.

Trust is earned through clear scope, careful implementation, thoughtful documentation, honest recommendations, and a willingness to say when a request needs a different level of legal, security, compliance, or specialist review.

The approved experience figures on this page describe Yhorman's work across his career. They are not presented as a current studiogecko.dev customer count.

South Florida roots, United States reach

studiogecko.dev is based in South Florida and is available to work with clients across the United States. International expansion is part of the future vision, but the studio does not currently present itself as a global operation.

Start with the right question

The fastest path is usually a practical audit or project conversation: what is unclear, what is blocking trust, what is slowing leads, and what system should support the business next.
